God is so good to me ! As a teenager in high school an through out my adulthood I’ve thought about going back to school to become a dental assistant. As life passed by I choose the wrong path at first . November 1st 2019 I decided with Gods help to get clean an start my life over . I got a recovery job at Dairy Queen I’ve been there almost 3 years. Fast food is extremely stressful and not something I planned on doing the rest of my life. Monday morning as I’m opening by myself I keep having these thoughts of different career choices. And this God fearing woman comes through my drive thru and asked me if we was hiring and I said YES then she said she was as well. We got into a short conversation and she told me to call her. This being something I’ve always wanted to do I didn’t waist anytime , but she was already gone for the day by the time I got off work. She called back the next day and told me to come fill out an application. Again, I didn’t waist any time . As I’m sitting in her office and we are talking about my past and the fact that I don’t even have a GED . I wanted to be completely honest with her so there was no surprises if she ran my back ground. When I tell you she was moved by how far I’d come and didn’t care that I didn’t have a GED. Told me I will have all of that plus more when she got done training me. Before I was done filling out the application I GOT the job! I start tomorrow morning! God has done so much in my life in such a short amount of time! My heart is so full! Praise Jesus!
